Today is THE day! I am beyond thrilled to announce the official release of The Healthy Breakfast eCookbook! 40 absolutely delicious breakfast recipes that are 100% healthy and gluten-free with tons of paleo and vegan options!

order now2 months ago when I set out on this adventure I honestly wasn’t sure if I would be able to get it done. I’m glad I proved myself wrong. This process has been the ultimate learning experience. For one, I’ve learned that there is no breakfast food I can’t handle. Two, breakfast can and will be eaten for all meals of the day when you have 40 recipes x 2 to make. And three, there is NOTHING you cannot do if you set your mind to it.

Now let’s discuss what you’ll get with the book! Besides my witty banter (I’m the only person who thinks I’m funny!) you will get 40 scrumptious and nutritious breakfast recipes from easy weekday oatmeal to Sunday morning banana pancakes! All of the recipes are entirely gluten-free with paleo and vegan ones as well. Not gluten-free, vegan or paleo? No worries!
