Celebrate the most epic Cinco de Mayo with these 15 Awesome Avocado Recipes! You’ll be covered for breakfast, lunch and dinner…margaritas optional!
Last week I shared with you guys how excited I am to be teaming up with Avocados from Mexico and bringing you delicious avocado recipes and fun avolicious facts. In order to celebrate the occasion, I whipped out the spiralizer and made you a Cucumber Noodle Salad with Avocado Dill Dressing. There’s nothing like a spiralizer to get the party started…
Well I’m back this week with another Avotastic (how many “avo”jectives do you think I can use in this post? Challenge accepted.) post and more importantly, getting you prepared for the biggest party of the year: Cinco de Mayo!
Cinco de Mayo is basically the avocado’s birthday, wedding and anniversary combined. If you’re not eating avocados on Cinco de Mayo then I probably don’t want to know you. I kind of feel that way about every other day of the year too but Cinco de Mayo makes me particularly sassy.
I’ll be in Minneapolis celebrating with my girl Lee this year, which shouldn’t be a problem since she’s equally as avosessed as I am. Don’t be surprised if you see pictures of us eating guac straight from the bowl and margaritas at 11:00 AM all over Instagram. I mean whaaaat?
But just in case you’re feeling stuck on how to make this year’s party particularly avobulous, here’s 15 Awesome Avocado Recipes for Cinco de Mayo!

May 6, 2015 at 8:55 amI think my life is how can I incorporate an avocado into this/how can I incorporate nut butter into this? But luckily it means I have luscious (no longer long) healthy hair.
