It’s not secret that I love love love wine. Admittedly, I’m a sucker for a good glass of red but in times of celebration you better bet I’m whipping out the champagne.

I’m usually so boring when it comes to drinks and will just drink whatever bottle we have open, but with the holidays just around the corner our little blogging crew thought it would be fun to put a healthier twist on cocktail recipes.

Pomegranate Champagne Martini + 5 Healthy Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 3 ounces of gluten-free vodka (2 single shots or 1 double shot)
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 bottle of champagne (sparking wine or prosecco work too) - will only use enough to fill up half of each flute.
  • 2 tsp fresh pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine pomegranate juice, vodka and honey
  2. Divide equally between two champagne flutes (should fill halfway up) and add 1 tsp of pomegranate seeds to each glass.
  3. Top each glass with champagne and serve immediately.
