Ingredients in a Golden Milk Latte

  • ginger

How to Make an Iced Golden Milk Latte

Start by making a paste by combining the spices and sweetener in a small cup. Top with hot water and whisk to combine. If you don’t have a whisk you can do this step in a blender! Add to a glass with ice. Top with almond milk or coconut milk until the cup is full. Voila! You have a delicious iced turmeric latte to enjoy!

I did want to note that some companies have starting making golden milk latte powders that are pre-made spice mixtures. Some of these are great but others have added ingredients, sweeteners and preservatives. Check out the ingredient list before you buy! In my opinion it’s worth the 10 seconds it takes to make my own mix. 😉

  1. this is awesome!! I love it, will be a daily fix. I added in a bit more maple syrup and a pump of sugar free French vanilla syrup.

  2. This is so delicious! Having recently (and temporarily, I’m sure!) given up coffee, I really missed my afternoon cold brew. This is a wonderful substitute!

  3. I adored this latte! I generally locate that searching for these, what should I say, elective nourishment formulas, you find that everything contains coconut oil, and various stuff which can have a tendency to be very costly.

  4. Hi!

Beautiful blog!! I look forward to reading and using more of your recipes!

I have a question about making the golden milk. Is it absolutely necessary to heat it? I’ve been making this cold and simply shaking it up, vs heating it on the stove. I’m too time crunched and if I have to take that step, I’ll never drink it.

Am I losing any benefits by leaving it the heating now portion?

    Thank you!
