2 months ago when I set out on this adventure I honestly wasn’t sure if I would be able to get it done. I’m glad I proved myself wrong. This process has been the ultimate learning experience. For one, I’ve learned that there is no breakfast food I can’t handle. Two, breakfast can and will be eaten for all meals of the day when you have 40 recipes x 2 to make. And three, there is NOTHING you cannot do if you set your mind to it.

Pancakes/Waffles/French Toast: 6 recipes including vegan waffles and paleo pancakes!
Breakfast Grains: Everyone’s favourite overnight oats all the way to breakfast quinoa!

Drinks: Smoothies, juices and of course some alcoholic bevys 😉
Miscellaneous: Includes everything from breakfast potatoes to the BEST almond butter and everything in between.

Just downloaded it and read it all – you made me chuckle in many parts as usual. Amazing job Davida – you should be so bloody proud of yourself!!
