Shrimp and Mango Guacamole

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mash up avocados with the back of a fork or a potato masher. Leave chunks if preferred.
  2. Add in onion and garlic and stir to combine.
  3. Add in jalapeño, shrimp and mango. Stir.
  4. Squeeze in lime.
  5. Add salt, cumin and pepper, to taste.
  6. Let sit for at least 10 mins to allow flavours to meld.
  7. Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
