WHAT YOU NEED:

• pitas • romaine lettuce • cherry tomatoes • tzaztiki sauce • chicken breasts • garlic cloves • fresh lemon juice * olive oil • dried oregano • dried thyme • dried paprika • salt and pepper

MARINATE CHICKEN

Cut chicken into strips and combine with all ingredients in marinade. Let marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour.

MAKE TZATZIKI

Make homemade tzatziki sauce by following the recipe linked or use store-bought.

GRILL CHICKEN

Once chicken has marinated, heat grill to medium heat and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked through.

PREP VEGETABLES

Chop all veggies and set aside.

HEAT PITAS

Give pitas a quick heat on the grill or stovetop.

ASSEMBLE + ENJOY!
