What you need: - carrots - maple syrup - dijon mustard  - salt and pepper

Combine the olive oil, mustard and dijon in a small bowl.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and lake the carrots flat on the baking sheet.

Pour the maple mixture over the carrots and coat well using a brush or your hands. Sprinkle the carrots with salt and pepper.

Bake at 400ºF for 10-15 minutes or browned to your liking. Enjoy immediately.
