Another epic weekend that cannot be described in words! C and I were fortunate enough to be invited up to my best-friends cabin in Collingwood. For those of you who don’t know, Collingwood is a city north-west of Toronto situated on Georgian Bay. Her cabin is absolutely stunning and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was so nice to spend time with Sab and her boyfriend in the outdoors and eat some delicious food. If only I could have stayed the rest of the summer!
A wonderful dinner at Tesoro to start things off right. |

Saturday morning spin and yoga at Buddha Rider. Apparently I was the only one who took Shavasana seriously! Thanks Sab;) |
My stunning best-friend at the Collingwood Farmer’s Market. |
The afternoon was mostly spent doing this… |
Followed by some delicious homemade Sangria by the pool. |
You’re a goof 🙂 |
A delicious and unintentionally colourful meal for dinner. BBQ chicken and veggies, sweet potatoes and salad. |

Sunday morning waffles to round out the weekend! |
My GF & Vegan Coconut Waffles topped with fresh berries. |
Just looking over these pictures makes me feel relaxed! The rest of my Sunday was spent cooking and prepping for this coming week. I have some awesome recipes coming your way so get ready!

July 8, 2013 at 1:27 pmWe really did cover all the bases! Surprisingly all the activity still felt relaxing. The naps definitely helped 🙂 Collingwood is so beautiful! There’s mountains and beach which is the best of both worlds. Which beach did you get too? I love summer!
