Chocolate Lavender Energy Balls

Add a floral boost to your snacks with these delicious and nutritious chocolate lavender energy balls. Made simple with just 5 ingredients and coming together in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 2 cups medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao (or cocoa powder)
  • 2 tbsp dried lavender
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • optional: 1-2 tsp of almond milk to thin out mixture

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except almond milk) to a food processor and proccess until everything comes together. You will need to scrape down the sides on occasion.
  2. It will generally take 5-10 minutes and you’ll know the mixture is ready when it begins to stick together into one solid ball and all of the almond bits are broken up. Have patience! It will get there.
  3. Roll mixture into 20-24 golf ball-sized balls.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or longer in the freezer.
