Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Energy Balls

With just 4 simple ingredients these chocolate peanut butter pretzel energy balls come together in minutes and make the perfect quick and filling snack the whole family will love. Plus they keep for a long time in the refrigerator! If they last that long…

  1. Add dates to food processor (high speed blender will work here too) until broken up into small bits.
  2. Add in the peanut butter and cocoa powder and process to combine. Mixture will come together into a sticky ball.
  3. Break apart ball and add the pretzels. Pulse several times to break up pretzel bits.
  4. Roll into balls and store in freezer for 20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Keep in fridge for up to 2 weeks.

*if dates are not super sticky let them soak in hot water for at least 10 minutes
