Gingerbread Chia Pudding

- 2 cups non-dairy milk (almond, oat, soy, hemp, rice etc…)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp molasses
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp dried ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or airtight container. Stir well.
- Place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Serve cold with toppings of choice.
