  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • coconut oil or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Turn on your waffle maker to allow it to preheat.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl mic together greek yogurt, almond milk, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla.
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until well combined. If batter is too thick to stir add in a splash of almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time.*
