Wash the vegetables

Pre-Preparation

Make the rice

Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the ghee and oil

Cast Iron Pan

Step 1

Once the oil is melted in the pan, add the mushrooms. Cook over medium high heat for 6 minutes. 

Step 2

After about 5-6 minutes, flip the mushrooms and add the carrot and kimchi, cooking for another 4-5 minutes.

Step 3

Add the rice to the pan and toss everything together to cook for a few more minutes.
