– roasted butternut squash – olive oil – cooked chickpeas – tahini – garlic clove – lemon juice – water – sea salt – smoked paprika – cumin – freshly ground pepper

Roast at 425ºF for 30 minutes.
Add butternut squash, olive oil, chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon and water to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Add in spices and blend until well-combined.
