Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped or grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • Topping suggestions: sliced cheese, ketchup, mustard, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce etc…

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix together ground turkey with all patty ingredients until well combined.
  2. Using hands, form into 5 patties and flatten onto a parchment lined baking sheet or plate.
  3. Preheat pan, grill pan or grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place patties directly onto pan or grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside and internal temperature has reached 165º F.
  5. Remove from pan or grill and place directly onto buns and serve with desired toppings.
