Chickpea Blondies

what you need:

– canned chickpeas – nut butter – maple syrup – vanilla extract – rolled oats – baking soda – sea salt – egg – chocolate chips

step one

In a food processor combine chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup and vanilla.

step TWO

Add in oats, baking soda, sea salt and egg. Process until batter comes together smoothly.

step Three

Stir in chocolate chips

Bake for 20-25 mins.
