They were one of my regular childhood breakfasts, I relied on them when I was first trying to eat healthier, and yes, I even thought of them as a bland breakfast from time to time.   • Curt and I will be somewhere in Sedona on #MemorialDay aka our 1 year wedding anniversary (ah!) so before we leave I thought I’d share this delicious and festive dessert recipe with you! I’m calling this the cookies and “cream” berry parfait but that’s just a fancy term for layers of berries, sprinkled cookies and @stonyfield yogurt. This recipe is for two but feel free to double, triple or quadruple for your crowd! #ad⠀

RECIPE:⠀
-1 cup @stonyfield whole milk yogurt (greek works great for this!)⠀
-1/2 cup fresh blueberries⠀
-1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries⠀
-2 cookies (I used @foodstirs organic sugar cookies)⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
DIRECTIONS:⠀
Layer a 1/3 of the yogurt first followed by the berries and then the cookies. Repeat x 2.⠀
