Despite being a meat-eater, I still was not getting enough b12 and iron and was recommended by my physician to start taking supplements. Fairly quickly, some strange health issues I had been having (numbing + tingling and frequent dizzy spells) started to disappear.

-When it comes to travelling, Care/of is literally the best thing that has ever happened to me.   3. When you try very hard to lose weight, every weight that comes down feels like winning a match. Losing weight can be a good thing for you, but don’t lose too much weight.
    Just because you lose weight doesn’t mean you lose weight in a healthy way. These are physical signs that you have lost too much weight :
